After applying, I was offered an opportunity to interview rather quickly. The interview took about an hour covering my qualifications, education, and previous work experiences. It was without a doubt, the most comfortable interview I’d ever experienced- I had been interviewing a lot. At the interview were 2 CM Supervisors and an HR staff, all of whom were thorough in explaining Lakeland and what my role would entail. 4-7 business days later I was given an offer listing all the benefits with the position as well as my starting pay. They were great with however long of a notice I wished to give my previous employer and clients, which I was greatly appreciative of.
