Had a 45 min phone screen with a recruiter and was sent testing to complete after. Testing took about 3 hours in total. One test (math) was ridiculous hard and I don’t see how it is at all relevant to the position. Didn’t hear anything for a week. Contacted recruiter to ask about status and they said they were still interviewing candidates. Didn’t want to be a nuisance so I didn’t message again and I never heard back after that. No updates, no courtesy email.
