Lakewood BlueClaws interview questions

Started out with phone interview, then two in person interviews. They were with different people each time. Asked pretty normal questions about who you are and why you stand out.

The General Manager and his two Assistant General Managers determined a need within their ticket sales department. They felt that their internship program could generate incremental revenue by making outbound phone calls if they were trained, coached and managed. I was asked to come to FirstEnergy Park to discuss the Director of Inside Sales position.
