A few red flags: - We did not discuss the case study during the final interview, then what was it for? - I never heard back from the recruiter, despite 2 follow-up emails sent. How disrepectful. Candidates rather receive a rejection than being ghosted. - The work from home policy is 12 days **per year** My opinion is that the overall recruitment experience reflects the working culture and how you would be treated as an employee: just a pawn.
