Standard process : recruiter, hiring manager and then the team. Everything went great. Positive responses. After the 3 rounds I was asked for references to be provided even before I had an offer. This was odd but I still provided references. A week after this I followed up for an answer. And I was told that they weren’t going ahead with the offer. It’s unfair that a team speaks to my references (who all endorsed me well) and yet I had to follow up for a response! Will not recommend going through the hiring process here. A BIG THUMBS DOWN
