One 30 minute interview with head of department, and one team member from sub departments. Really relaxed and personable. Was offered the position shortly after within a day or so.

I applied online, on Craigslist or a similar posting site (not an official job board). The interviewer thanked me for coming in during the rain when most called out. The offered salary was only $9 an hour, which isn't adequate for New York City at all.
They ask the same questions they would in any retail-related position (that is, if you're applying for a box office or concession stand position)
