During the assessment centre day, we had a group project discussing and debating between us all about a non-technical document they provided us. We also had two interviews, a technical and non-technical one. Overall it was a great assessment day, where everyone was very kind and welcoming.

Interview
I had two interviews. One was with a partner who asked me general questions about the industry, looking to judge how well I'd researched the position.The second was with two more junior level people and was more competency based. They asked me about myself and discussed my cv with me. Both interviews were quite conversational and relaxed. This was followed by a tour of the office and lunch with other applicants and some of the previous year's intake.
