Interview
Applied online and it took a couple of weeks to hear back from them. Had an initial interview, and then another interview a week later. Also took several proofreading tests.

Interview
Took some tests about graphic and linguistic proofreading, met with 2 people initially in an open space to discuss what they do and the different teams, then had a final formal interview in a conference room.

Interview
My application was submitted internally. I had a brief phone interview, then came in for one interview where I discussed my goals and interest in translation and languages. I was shown around the office and took a translation and Microsoft skills test. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I then negotiated my offer and was able to get about 10-15% higher than their initial offer. The office seemed very open and nice but ultimately the position itself seemed uninteresting and the hours were too long for the pay (they say 9 to 5 but really many people stay until 7, 8, or 9pm).
