Applied through a recruiter and the process lasted 2 weeks. Interviewed October 2018.
Please note that this company has no reception so once you are out of the lift ring the phone on your left and someone will be greeting you. Yes it is unconventional but the company is very relaxed, friendly and family oriented.
The interview process was well structured and I was informed from the beginning that it would be 2 stages – the first being technical and the second with MD.
The technical interview was, yes you guessed it, very technical! This is understandable as this company is a technology provider and they are not expecting you to know everything, but that you understand the concept and you can handle yourself. I noticed that they want someone to be honest, some questions I did not know the answer to and I did say that, so please don’t make up any story as they appreciate that you don’t know it all.
The second stage was very relaxed and I was made at ease by the MD. We went through my CV and the usual HR type of questions. He explained where the company is heading in the near future and the adoption of new emerging technologies was at the core of the company philosophy. It was a good learning session for me and my day was not wasted.
