      In-House CRA Interview

      Aug 10, 2011
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Broomfield, CO
      Declined offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Lanx (Broomfield, CO) in Mar 2011

      Interview

I was called about 6 months after I applied for the CRA job, and asked to do a preliminary phone interview, which lasted about 30 minutes. I was asked to come in for 5 1:1 interviews one afternoon a week later. All of the interviews were on time, but I was left alone frequently in-between the interviews for about 10 minutes at a time, always in different rooms, leading me to believe I was being surveyed at least once. The employees all indicated that the HR specialist was cold and intimidating, but I didn't find her adverse at all. Each employee who interviewed me did, however, indicate that the study team had no direction and was currently under the supervision of the marketing department.

      Question 2
