group interview, asks easy questions, looks at availability. They want 3 pw at least usually. They're pretty friendly and very honest, easy to get along with. It does not really matter how perfect your answers are as long as you are willing to learn and can work as much as they want you to.

It was a group interview. You introduce yourself, then do an activity in small groups, then a short 1 to 1 interview where they ask you a couple general interview questions. It was fairly simple and relaxed.
