I had a long zoom interview with the hiring manager for the position. Generally went well, but I was ghosted after my interview without an official rejection or any followup.

Multiple steps: initial meeting with HR, followed by meeting with the hiring manager. This led to presenting to the bigger group and meetings with the team. They have been radio silent since then (more than six weeks) communicating that decision will be made shortly.
