      I interviewed at Latitude (PA)

      Interview

I recently interviewed for a Software Engineer position at Latitude AI. The process included five interviews, which felt a bit excessive. The first three were coding challenges—ranging from easy to medium, with a few tough questions thrown in. Then there was a system design interview focused on ML inference systems, which was interesting. The final interview was more of a casual chat with the director about my resume, not the usual behavioral questions. To prep, I brushed up on model optimization, hardware acceleration, and relevant frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch. Overall, it was a decent experience, but be ready for some serious technical discussions if you apply.
