30min intro call with recruiter, then a 1 hr tech interview via zoom call with hiring manager that goes over frontend & backend. You'll have to draw the architecture for a hypothetical backend service (nothing crazy, just api calls, crud operations, json responses), and then you'll have to code on an internet based ide achieving the tasks you're given in react within several files of mostly pre-written code.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
what kind of endpoints do you think the hypothetical endpoint would need? how would you write them? what would you expect the response json to send back? what would the db tables look like?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lattice
Interview
Recruiter Screening. Typical questions about experience and why you want to work at our company. Recruiter did not seem engaged in the conversation. Did not make it past the screening despite experience in the required tech stack.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Lattice (Washington, DC) in Nov 2024
Interview
