Met with the Recruiter for the first round for a typical introductory round. The recruiter asked a few curveball questions that were atypical for an introduction, which I did fine responding to, but I later received a rejection email without proceeding to the second round. While it was short, the process was a waste of my time given the quick rejection and the fact that the intro conversation didn't even touch on the material points of the job description.
