Relatively easy with a few technical questions about Asana. There were 3 rounds - the recruiter, the hiring manager, and then the senior leader. There were no sample projects but questions were mildly technical.

Question 1
How did you gain adoption of Asana as a new project tool?
I applied online. I interviewed at LaunchDarkly in Nov 2020
Interview
The recruiter reached out and scheduled an interview. Five minutes before the scheduled time, I receive an email asking to reschedule, to which I received no response and had to reach out twice on subsequent days to get a reply and rescheduled the interview. The interview was one of the worst I had experienced. The recruiter was disinterested and asked me nothing about my skills or experience; I doubt he even knew what the company's product was. I then received an automated email the next day, saying I wasn't being considered for the position, which wasn't surprising.

Question 1
Nothing worth mentioning, asked me if I knew what LaunchDarkly does?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LaunchDarkly (Oakland, CA) in Jan 2018
Interview
Process: Phone screen with the recruiter, in-depth phone conversation with the hiring manager, onsite interview with lunch and technical assessment along with 1:1s with marketing, design lead, product lead, co-founder, and head of engineering.
The recruiter was very professional and coached me along the way. He helped me prepare for the onsite by describing what each interviewer would be focusing on and directed me to blog posts for technical prep.
The team was very welcoming and engaging. Questions ranged from cultural fit to technical product implementation. The process was speedy - the whole thing took 2 weeks from the first phone call with the recruiter to the final decision.
