Applied online and was called a week later for an interview. Interview was conducted by a panel of two managers who were nice. Interview was quite long and asked a lot of questions about situational scenarios.
It was an interview over the phone. It was not very difficult. The interview was good. They give me time to answer my questions. Before the interview they sent me a screening questionnaire that I have to reply.

It took almost 30-40 minutes with regular questions for interview. Formal clothes or smart casual is expected for the interview. 2-3 persons will do the interview. Usually it will be your potential area coordinator.
