Interview
There was an hour long interview with two managers. Unfortunately they didn’t have the decency to give me any updates after the interview and ghosted me. In this day and age I don’t understand why they would think that’s appropriate behaviour. Will never apply to this organization again.
The process took 2+ months. I applied and was invited for an interview about 2 months later. The interview was fine. At the end, I asked when I could expect to hear about next steps and was told within 1-2 weeks. The executive member on the panel specifically confirmed with the HR rep on the panel, during the interview, that they would be in touch to advise either way. I never heard back, despite following up. Not impressed (but vindicating that this seems to be standard for this company).
