Conversational phone call. Asked pretty basic questions regarding interest in the field and general litigation skills. Very relaxed and comfortable interview. Also had the opportunity to ask questions about the position (in person), salary, and work.

Interview
Recruiter reached out via Linkedin, and set up virtual interview. Met with managing partner. Very cordial, nice. Received offer shortly after speaking with them. Positive experience overall. Both recruiter and partner, as well as other associates were very kind and guided me through the steps.

Interview
Smooth, easy but you must be knowledgeable. Interviewing attorneys were great and asked some difficult questions so be prepared for anything. Try to know about class actions and civil procedure rules. Be confident and unique. It looks like they were looking for someone who was hardworking and can bring something to the table. They told me up front that there was virtually no training and they didn't do it just to scare me.
