Lazy Acres Natural Market interview questions

I am upset with myself actually for allowing the rushed process to get me a very minimal wage...I started at 11 when they hired others at 13.50. Younger people with less experience. The people interviewing did't actually work at that location. Then when I did ask for more I was told that was the starting wage...and I later found out others were making more.

Great, positive and lot's of promises. But make sure that you have your cell recording the interview. If it seems to good to be true, it is. Still take the job, smile, nod, don't complain like I do, just so that I can have them on my resume. But if you do need to bring up what was promised during the interview, do not complain to any managment in-store, go DIRECTLY to Lazy Acres corporate office in Santa Barbara or Bristol Farms in Carson.
