After I sent my resume I received a follow up email to set up a time that worked for both of us to do a phone interview. The phone interview was very thorough, around 30 minutes, professional but still with a casual feel. We discussed my previous experience in the field along with other jobs, how the company worked, and what they were looking for. I learned a lot about the job and the company just through that. Shortly after, I got an email to come in to the office and interview. When I came in I was introduced to everyone and then talked to the heads of the department for the job I was interviewing for. I learned more about the day to day expectations and they gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Everyone was very friendly and nice, and at the end they even gave me feedback on my interview, which I appreciated! I was given the opportunity to get in contact with a couple of employees who gave me even more information. It was a great experience and I loved how friendly everyone was while still maintaining professionalism and showing how much they care about the company.
