I went through the entire interview process with LeadDesk, and overall, the experience was comfortable and professional. However, after completing all interviews, the company completely ghosted me. Ignoring all my follow-up requests for an update.
It's incredibly disappointing to invest time and effort into a company, only to be met with silence. A simple rejection email would have been far more professional than leaving candidates hanging. This lack of respect for candidates reflects poorly on the company’s values.
If they treat potential employees this way, I can’t help but wonder how they treat their actual employees.
Would not recommend applying unless you’re okay with potentially being left in the dark after have spend a lot of effort, energy and travel time.

Question 1
The first interview they asked more about my professional background.
The second interview was personality based.
I applied online. I interviewed at LeadDesk (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Sep 2025
Interview
I was invited to a 30-minute interview with their Talent Partner.
The conversation started politely but quickly turned unprofessional. The interviewer seemed uninterested, read from a script, struggled to understand my answers, and even questioned why I would want a role I already had experience in, before speaking in a dismissive tone about the job itself.
She repeated questions with irritation and focused more on herself than on me.This was the most inhuman and unprofessional interview I have ever experienced. I spent time preparing, only to be ghosted afterwards without any feedback.
I cannot recommend anyone to apply or become a customer of a company that treats people this way.
