It was very low key, done in a professional manner. Went over my resume, the manager asked several questions based on my resume and than several more based on car sales. Limited experience wasn't an issue.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Leader Automotive Group (Lincolnwood, IL) in May 2023

simple interview process, I spoke with 3-5 employee at the dealership. They were pretty nice and asked simple questions. The only thing that they failed to tell is the pay rate. They forgot to mention what was my rate from selling the car.
