I had a phone screening. Everything went well and was scheduled for an in-person panel interview with two customer service supervisors. They went back and forth asking experience and six situational questions. I felt the interview went very well. However, the following week I received an e-mail stating that they did not select me. One thing I tend to do with all jobs is get constructive feedback. So, I replied to the e-mail thanking them for the opportunity and asking for any feedback. I noticed that it goes back to the recruiter I initially spoke with. No feedback or response e-mail was received. With a smaller company as theirs, it speaks more to their recruiting process.
