After submitting my CV, I had a call with the HR through phone and then continued to be interviewed by the user. After the interviews I conducted a psychological tests and then followed by an offering afterwards.

Fairly easy. Just make sure the big guy is ok with you. HR interview, User interview, CEO interview. It's a fresh graduate role so nothing technical or specific. Just make sure to keep the conversation going.
