      En la entrevista principalmente les interesan tus capacidades para hablar inglés y la resolución de problemas aparte de la experiencia que puedas tener dentro de customer Service. Poner ejemplos sobre situaciones o tipo de servicios en los que has trabajado de cara al cliente si has gestionado e-mails y lo dicho te hacen un par de preguntas en inglés aparte de que si entras por ETT la ETT ya te hace ese filtro haciéndote un examen para conocer tu nivel de inglés.

      ¿Qué volumen de correos electrónicos gestionabas en tu anterior puesto y qué herramientas de ticketing utilizabas? Cuéntame una situación en la que tuviste un problema con un cliente que no tenía una solución clara en el manual. ¿Cómo lo resolviste por tu cuenta? ¿Cómo priorizas tus tareas diarias cuando recibes muchas incidencias urgentes al mismo tiempo? Can you tell me about your previous experience in customer service and why you are looking for a new opportunity? How would you handle a situation where an international customer is frustrated because of a delay in their service?
