The application process began with an online application (cover letter and resume). Just one week later, I received an invitation to the first interview. This first meeting was mainly about the position, the company and getting to know each other. The next step was an aptitude test, which consisted of a kind of intelligence test, a personality test and a case study. This was followed by a final interview with a VP. Throughout the application process and beyond, I was supported and accompanied by the Talent Acquisition Team. All employees I have been in contact with so far are very nice, helpful and friendly.
