Pam does the interviews at the Russell Rd location. There’s usually multiple candidates but they interview one at a time in a classroom. They ask about previous experience, comfortability with different age groups, and if you’ll be fine with diapers or other bodily fluids. It’s generally easy because the turn over rate there is insane; you’re very much just a body in a classroom to fill a ratio. They would put a balloon in a classroom if it could watch kids effectively.
They’ll get back to you in a few days; you’ll need a TB test before you can get started working. There’s also a lot of classes to be taken AT HOME UNPAID so you can register with the Nevada Registry.
