Interview was set for a timeframe of 10 minutes and it was more conversational than formal. This kind of interview took the pressure off of such an intimidating process! For the second interview there were 5 staff members asking questions in a circle formation. The questions touched on technology, behavior management, classroom management, philosophy of education etc.
