I was referred to this company. I sent them an email verifying the referral. They responded to my email and we scheduled a phone interview. After the phone interview, we met for a one on one personal interview. That interview lasted about an hour, and was time well spent. The entire process was probably shorter than what is normal for this position, but in fairness they needed to fill the spot quickly due to an upcoming trade show.
