      I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Lefty.io in Feb 2025

      Interview

      The hiring process was very slow and overwhelming, it took more than 3 months with all steps included (initially it was supposed to take 1 month). First 20 mins of call with Head of CS, then another 45 mins deeper call with behavioral questions, then I received a case study. After submitting it, I was ghosted for nearly 3 weeks until I learned that the hiring process was stopped. 2 weeks later, I saw that the job posted again and we did a 3rd call for the feedback session for the case study; then a last call with the CPO, then I didnt receive any response the following 2 weeks. Case study was fair and it reflected the job description. This was my favorite part of the process as I got access to the platform. My recommendation for Lefty is to be transparent and open to communicate with the candidates. We interview you as well.
