I went to the first interview, and qualified to make it to the second round with a design project. They liked my design project so I received a date for a second interview. I went to the second interview and was given an offer letter WHICH I SIGNED. The DAY BEFORE I was supposed to start the job I was told "the position had been postponed" and I never heard back from them. Fast forward a couple of weeks later, the original job posting had the salary set for 55-60k, it was reposted and the salary was changed to 50-53k. Respectfully associates make that much, and 60k for a fashion designer was low as it was. Probably the most unprofessional experience I've ever had, and in retrospect I'm glad I dodged a bullet. If that's how the interviewing process is ran I can't imagine what the company looks like internally. Extremely disappointed.
