I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at LegalBison (Tallinn) in Jun 2024
Interview
The interview focused more on past experiences and general questions. The hypothetical questions caught me off guard, few were unusual.
The recruiter seemed friendly and professional. She said that if I didn't hear back after two weeks, I could assume they had moved forward with other candidates. I passed the first interview and was invited to a second. The recruiter then reached out to me and asked about my experience. I didn't get the job.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at LegalBison (Tallinn) in Sep 2024
Interview
I sent my resume via LinkedIn and on the next day I got an email asking to set up a time for the interview.
The interview lasted about 45 minutes and it was very light and simple. Questions were very generic and more related to previous experiences in general and cultural fit.
Overall wasn't a bad experience with the interview, but I was supposed to get an answer about the next interview or if I wasn't moving forward by early next week, which I didn't.
One week after the expected deadline I emailed the recruiter asking for answers and a possible feedback. No reply.
More than a week passed and I messaged the recruiter via LinkedIn, who replied simply that she hadn't received any answers from the managers and she would try to get some feedback. Two more weeks passed and I still haven't got an answer.
