Interview
I was asked for availability for an initial interview by the HR, around late Wednesday afternoon and I was not available that week so I asked for availability for next week. I didn't get a reply for contacted again after a week then got an automated message saying that the HR was on holiday for almost 2 weeks. Then a week after the HR came back, I emailed again but got ghosted.
Outtake - they do not consider your time and just want you to dance around their fingertips if you want to give an interview
The interview was extremely short and gave me the impression from the start that they weren't willing to hire me even before I had done any assessments. Phone call -> Take home -> Few more meetings with team member and CEO.

I would not recommend they ghosted me after producing a project for them that took almost an entire week to complete. The scale of the project was beyond a normal weeks worth of work. I was asked to produce a web scraping project for an assignment. The ask was enormous, a production web scraping system with full documentation and Docker config. The company never responded after the sending in the project. This project might targeted at getting interviewees to submit work the company is offloading. Other comments about this company are warning about this. I figured if I went above and beyond they would be impressed and I would move on to the next step. But the company completely ghosted me after spending almost an entire week working on the project. be careful even the easy is challenging and will take anyone knowledgable with web scraping a large amount of time.

This project aims to showcase you can build a data scraping pipeline. Scrape, parse, clean and ingest information from one of these courts websites. Try to focus on the scraping/cleaning aspect of the pipeline. Write scrapers resilient to websites changes and downtimes
