3 Rounds total. I applied through LinkedIn, and I was reached out to by the software development manager for a quick introduction call. After 1 week, I sent a follow-up email, but I didn't hear back, so I thought I was ghosted. A week later, after my follow-up email, the manager calls me back and tells me they want to schedule a virtual call with him and the CTO. I waited almost another 3 weeks, and they told me they would like to schedule the last interview with the team. The interview went great, and just like last time, I didn’t hear anything back for almost another 3 weeks until they finally reached out back to me after I sent a follow-up email. They said that they were going through "internal changes," and the position was basically canceled. The email didn’t even thank me for the time that I spent on all these interviews; it was cold and dry. The people seemed nice, but honestly, with the way they treated me as a candidate, waiting for weeks to get back to me on a follow-up email, and dismissing the fact that I was reaching out, I would not want to work here.
