My first interview for this position started quite informal. I was working for Legends' sister company DMM and my new position would constitute a promotion. My interviewer Andrea and I started talking about how important a positive mindset is at work, and we exchanged titles of book on Positivity that we have read. She asked the standard questions about my strong and weak points at work, and then went on to describe the the role of Customer Service Specialist and showed me what I would be working on. It was a great interview, and I felt that time just flew by, although we had talked for almost 1 hour!
