I interviewed for a technical support engineering role. I have experience with much larger companies than theirs, but during the first interview, they were not interested due to my location in a different country. For the another interview (another time another position), I only noticed that my application was not selected through the system; there was no notification email. I can't say that HR worked very efficiently.
