Robotic recruiter screen over the phone, talked at me for 70% of the time -- could easily be replaced with AI or a pre-recorded message. I guess I was being judged by the sound of my voice, since no meaningful information was exchanged in the 7 minutes I spoke. No follow up questions, no acknowledgement that they were even listening... Maybe that was the point and they already had an internal candidate lined up? Why is the bar so low everywhere?

Took about a month, four interviews in total. Everyone was very kind and more so wanted to get to know me as a person to see if I would fit the kind and upbeat culture of the company. Everyone was also very transparent about what I would be doing in the position and what the workload would be like.
