Slick overall process that involved two zoom calls and one (optional) face to face at the LendInvest office.
The process began with an informal chat with the Talent Acquisition Manager to establish upfront my expectations of the role/salary and also for LI to gage whether I would be a good fit.
This was then followed up with a meeting with the Head of Credit Risk who was very knowledgeable and took lots of time to run through the company structure, culture and the role in detail.
The final stage involved a zoom with the Underwriting Team Manager and Risk Director who were both very nice and ran through more about LI and what the day to day would involve. Any questions I had were answered openely and honestly and the interview style got the best out of me by not being overly formal.
The talent acquisition manager was very helpful and kept me updated throughout all parts of the process.
Due to some personal circumstance, unfortunately the timing for the role ended up not being right for me, however, when the time is right I am keen to revisit any future opportunities that may arise.
Overall, I was very impressed with the experience - a quick recruitment process, nice people and a great office space. Lendinvest seems like it would be a good place to work.
