I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Lendhub (London, England)
Interview
I interviewed for the Junior Credit Analyst position at Lendhub and prepared thoroughly to make a good impression. The hiring manager was supposed to be present but did not attend. I was later told I had to do another interview with him even though he should have been there in the first place. When I finally spoke with him he seemed uninterested and asked questions that had nothing to do with the job. After that I was ghosted for a while before they eventually told me they had hired someone else. The whole process felt disorganised and unprofessional just like many of the other reviews say. The salary for this role is also a joke at £27,500. Do not even bother applying.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lendhub (London, England) in Dec 2024
Interview
Completely wasted my time. Initially had to record a video explaining why I wanted the role, then came in for an interview. The interviewer came across as rude and unfriendly during the interview. After this I had to wait weeks to be told I had made a final shortlist. After another week I was asked if I would be available for a video interview that week, which I then started prepping for. For some reason they then completely ghosted the recruiter I was working with and when I personally emailed I was also ignored. After wasting my time prepping I eventually realised that they just didn't intend on giving me an interview. They finally contacted my recruiter 2 weeks later to say they would hire someone else. This was over a month after my in person interview. Completely unprofessional, I've never been ghosted at this stage of a recruitment process, I think that reflects really badly on who they are as a company and what it would be like to work for them.
