There were different stages. An assignment, then an online test before an official interview. The online test wasn’t so hard neither was the assignment. I just didn’t study enough about the company. It was a live test while on google meet.

Interview
It was very swift, I didn't even take up to 20 days to complete all the interviews. The interviewers were nice and spoke honestly about what I would except and what I need to do/be to be a high performer
The interview process was good. Nothing too difficult. The whole process was not bad. You first apply on the company's site and then you carry out an online test assessment. Just that you're not given many details as to why you weren't picked.
