1) HR step was clear and nice, and got some technical questions in the process. 2) Technical interview conducted by 2 developers which was 1.5 hours. They were friendly and positive. I was applying for Senior React Native position, but got qualified for the Middle level. After the interview I received a feedback in written form, which was pretty accurate and I agreed with all positive/negative points mentioned about me and my knowledge. 3) Hiring manager interview which lasted 1 hour, and prior to this I have completed logic and psychology assessment tests. Was relatively boring and weird(related to mood and vibe of the interviewers), a lot of kinda meaningless questions, what if you would be stressed or how is your work-life balance etc etc.. And one weird point, felt like when I was asking more details about the project itself the answers I got wasn't so clear, so probably they can't even talk openly about the iGaming stuff that they are doing..
