As far as communication went they were very clear about when and where to meet. I had to wait a while to get an interview and then sat down with three people who looked at me like I was a turd on the street. They didn't ask any specific questions besides "tell us about yourself?" and then actively avoided looking at me. Apparently they were restructuring that part of the company but it felt like I was intruding on them. During my panel interview another employee (the boss' son no less) stuck his head in and carried on a FIVE MINUTE conversation with the people I was interviewing with. Later I interviewed with someone in management who was much nicer and much more organized. Suffice to say, I didn't get the internship.
