The interview panel consisted of the house managers wishing to onboard ITC carers. They were running off a script and I am fairly new to the field so they were quite accommodative, which was very nice. It is interesting though, as I was having back to back interviews that day for the same role across different companies and the burnout in comparison was apparent. I was prepared to take on the role, however, I asked a question at the end of the interview which led to a conversation about the company's structure and they openly admitted the worst thing about this role was the lack of support from the company itself. It just seemed worse than other companies for some reason, and as a new graduate I did not want to grow bitter towards my career. So i applied for other jobs and got something elsewhere.
