I received an email invite to schedule a phone interview. I scheduled the interview and never got the call and there has been no response to my email. I assume they filled the position but was disappointed in the lack of communication. I was extremely interested in working here so its unfortunate

Interview
I was called by the recruiter to come in for the position of inside sales agent. I interviewed with him for 20 mins and then was asked to take an IQ test of sorts in which I passed with flying colors apparently. After that I met with one of the sales managers. She looked exhausted and as if she didn't want to be there. She asked some run of the mill questions about my background and experience. I was getting weird vibes as soon as I met with her. After that I met with the head of the sales department, he comes in all serious and somewhat mean spirited. He asked me to sell him a pen he had in his hand, and was going on about how you can make 100k a year here. He then proceeds to take me into the call center and tells everyone to welcome me. At this point I assumed I had the job, he then went to a couple of agents and asked them what was the most money they made in a week, almost all said $2000 or more. Some of the agents were on calls with customers and the head of the sales department was interrupting them to ask them this question, I found that to be another red flag and very unprofessional. This was a very strange turn of events and made me skeptical of the job itself. He then sneaks me into a back room and shows me "pay roll" and how much each agent is making to prove that you can make that much. He was overselling the job to say the least, and for the head of the department to act in this fashion was unbecoming of a leader of a sales team. This interview took almost 2 hours of my life and was the most bizarre interview I have ever had.
