Interview process was pleasant, but not coodnated or accurate in the least. NOTHING that was described in the interview was the reality of the position they were recruiting for. Lifeway does not posses the experience or the resources to hire employees within the legalities of their place of work. By accepting a position, you would be incriminating yourself. Beware, Lifeway does not possess the experience, respect and integrity to even review ones CV before setting up an interview. I was interviewed for a position that I did not apply for. Though illegal, Lifeway chooses applicants based on race, ethnicity and gender.
