Process is straight forward and professional. They were organized and flexible to interviewing at times convenient for both interested parties. Interviews with clinical director and/or individuals on executive team which was not intimidating at all. The process was one that was pleasant.

It's a positive experience. Great questions - thoughtful. Most interviews feel a bit robotic. This one was different. They're actually looking for solid therapists to join the team. That's refreshing.
