I had an hour over the phone interview to guage my background and was the invited to an in-person interview where I needed to present a Comms plan. After I was asked a series of questions. That lasted an hour and a half. After that I waited two weeks for contact. I was eventually sent an email with a generic 'we won't be taking you any further'. No phone call, no feedback. Very rude and inconsiderate considering the amount of time taken to prepare a presentation and participate in two interviews. Avoid.
