Lifesquire interview questions

LifeSquire's hiring process began with emailed questions ranging from transportation questions to my dream job in response to my submission of cover letter, resume, and references. From there, I was asked to complete two personality tests. An interview was scheduled which included practical on-the-job questions and real-life situations to abstract questions about character. I completed a background check authorization during the interview, and my references were checked shortly after. I was asked to complete a practical interview with one of their senior team members for a couple hours within a week where they showed me examples of the work in the field and provided more insight into what the job could potentially entail.

The interview was very thorough. Employer ask seemingly random questions but were useful once on the job. They even had me take a few personality test that were helpful.
