Good interview techniques very relaxing no problems felt at ease speaking and getting interviewee by management team very professional and I felt that it was the way forward to work with lifeways as I felt as if it will be beneficial towards myself and my career
The interview process was swift and quite easy, nice staff members interviewing . Questions were situational based which are easy to answer if been in care role before. Overall positive experience

applied online, phoned and told me i had an interview - 3 short essay questions, from a list of 15. then an interview - formal phoned 3 months later and told i had a job. This was literally it I dont know why this needs to be 30 words
